Moved to Vegas and needed help navigating the health insurance of Nevada which was new to me. I have always done my own thing but coming here was so different from anywhere else that I had lived. Looking for health insurance I called Cornerstone & requested to speak to Sean based on yelp reviews. The person answering the phone was was both friendly & professional. She said Sean was in a meeting but that he would call me back as soon as he could. She then asked if I was a current client, and I told her I was not. I appreciated that she didn't try to have me speak to someone else since I was new. Shortly thereafter Sean called, and was very helpful in navigating the current plans and I felt confident in his recommendations when it came time to choose one. He took the time to immediately enroll in the plan we thought best, and despite the fact it was almost the end of December, assured me the plan would be effective the first of the year. Dalyce was the best! I was very impressed with her knowledge and patience. She went the extra mile helping me through the process of choosing the perfect fit for me. She even took the time to do a zoom call so I could follow along as she went over the plans with me. She never made me feel like she was in a hurry to get off the phone, and even followed up with me the next day. She was very cheerful and polite and I could tell she loves her job. I know that she will be there for me if I have any follow-up questions or need any help with anything. It's very hard to find service like this these days. I am a very satisfied customer! I just turned 65, and am retiring.
In preparation, I began working with Lauren to set up my transition to Medicare from my group health plan.
From my first call with her, I was pleasantly satisfied. She had answers to my questions, and looked up and got back to me on any she didn't have immediately.
When beginning Medicare, you need someone who knows all the things you don't know. And Lauren does.
She's also so pleasant to work with. The time she spent with me was critical to me getting everything set up. She is very thorough, and took time to understand my specific needs and issues, guiding me to the right choices.
