Over the last few months after making my previous review, Gregory was able to get the team together to resolve the issues I had been encountering with the removal of my second car. Treanna was kind enough to take over my account and became the only person I had to work with in order to get consistent answers while getting my everything sorted out. She was able to communicate with me while the accounting department got their ish together which helped immensely! I was still getting weird documents in the mail pertaining to my GTI which was removed from my insurance a few months back, but anytime I received one in the mail I already knew to call Treanna to discuss the matter and confirm it's validity. My GTI was finally removed and now my renters insurance plus CRV are the only two which is all I've been wanting for a while now. I'm so happy it's finally all taken care of, but solely because Gregory and Treanna saw the need for improvement then took necessary action to help out. To see a problem is one thing, but to be able to take action to correct it is definitely a beautiful thang. I'm back to normal and I'm hopeful everything goes back to smooth sailing.

Not a good agent. Requested coverage was not put into place by the staff. Go figure something happens and coverage was not there. Using this agent makes as much sense as giving a toddler a rattle snake as a pet- it's just stupid.

At the end of the day this agent WILL NOT take steps to ensure you have been provided the coverage requested and DOES NOT take accountability when one of his staff screws up. This place cuts corners and is negligent.

I came in to update my code for my SF Bank card (YES, STATE FARM HAS A BANK PEOPLE!) because they can do it over the phone and after requesting one be sent to me and never receiving it I had to come in. Ana was quick to acknowledge me and very friendly while assisting me. She was very helpful in getting me in contact with SF Bank. We were advised the wait was going to be 7-10 mins to talk to someone but she chatted with me and those mins just flew by so there was no awkward wait. She got me water and made sure I was ok before I left the office.

My family always had state farm insurance at Hawaii. They've always pushed me to get state farm too. But it would always look for those cheap insurance out there. But last, I decided to give it a try.
Right away, they helped me out made sure I get the right rates and explained why my pass rates would be hire and what to look forward in the future. They also have life insurance.
Anyways I love that they have a 24hr assistance that you may call. I've had to call them twice with no hassle. They're always there in my time of need. Oh and is a live person you talk too.
So ya....I love my experience with them.

Worst company ever specially at this location! They been stealing alot of money these months and not saying a word! They ALWAYS found way to not refund me money being owed to me! I got the same insurance policy w a difrent company by less than $175! They are rip offs! Dont ever sign up w state farm! I will leave this message on every statefarm on yelp! Horrible buisness!
