Took my 36 year old wedding ring in for repair and replace a missing diamond.
The repair of a broken prong along with another prong that was damaged was done beautifully and the replaced diamond matched perfectly. Strongly recommended this business

It's a funky jewelry store... style is very eccentric, a bit artsy boomer-esque. Has some floral artwork as well. Everything is duper pricey.

The one star is because my partner bought a piece that just isn't my style (and I also can't wear silver) and when they tried to return it, they took it back and gave him a verbal store credit of $500+. Yes, that's right. No actual physical store credit was issued.

I've stopped by the store and I tried to see what I could exchange it for and there really weren't any options for me as I prefer minimalist, timeless pieces rather than funky silver pieces.

Rather than do the right thing and try to help us figure out a good solution on spending the credit, the owner kept the necklace and my husband's money.

It's not just disappointing to be out $500+ on a silver necklace but it's even more disappointing that they are perfectly fine with keeping the money and the jewelry and could care less about trying to work with us to figure out a good solution.

I was looking for a jeweler and by chance came upon them. They fixed my bracelet that I've had for many years and made my day!! I highly recommend them!!

Owners are very personable and very helpful.
They have services for watches, an amazing selection of jewelry and art to purchase.
Located off Cheyenne and Hualapai. It's definitely worth the drive.

Brilliant service. I brought in a ring to be resized, and it needed to be sized down a whole 1 and a half size down. The owners were friendly and accommodating. I got the ring back the very next day. Absolutely flawless.

I highly recommend taking any jewelry you need repaired here. The attention to detail and the jewelers knowledge is unbelievable. The prices are really reasonable for the quality of work. I will definitely return and would love to have something made in the future. The owner also took the time to clean my rings for me and now they look brand new again! Thank you!

On Tuesday, May 30, I stopped at Lyght Jewelers to find out if a chain I had found in my car was of any value, I also had a gold bracelet with a broken post and needed to know how much it would cost to have it repaired.
I was told to take a seat and they will be with me shortly... the customer ahead of me was about to leave when I heard the person helping him asking if he uses Google and wanted to know if everything went well and if not, to say something right now. He was talking about reviews and wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied..,I found that a little strange.
Next, it's my turn to be helped .
I told the man I wanted my bracelet fixed..Can't remember his name) he is bald, has tattoos. Not sure he is the owner or an employee.
Before he even saw my bracelet he told me he charges $250.00 per hour and I made a comment like "wow " He then started
telling me he is in top 50 jewelers in the USA, that he had worked for Cartier, blah, blah, blah. He continued glorifying himself . I said " I don't think you want my business" now he wants to know why I would say that.
He continued looking at my bracelet and said it's going to take 4 hours of his time. That's $1000.00 dollars just for the labor.
I was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave, he then reaches for my hand and holds it in his and asked me to look in his eyes and tell him that I no longer believe he doesn't want my business.
I have never been so uncomfortable at a business.
That bald man shouldn't be in customer service. He is arrogant and thinks he can manipulate people....
I would never, ever do business with Lyght Jewelers.
There is something wrong with this man.
Stay away from Lyght Jewelers.
Trying to fix the situation, he put my bracelet in a "nice little plastic bag" . I didn't ask for it and didn't want it. I took my bracelet out and handed him the bag.
Oh! I noticed how he responds when he gets negative reviews
He should just be a man and accept the responsibility for his actions instead of turning around on us customers.
His reactions to negative reviews don't say much about Lyght Jewelers

My wife and I just celebrated our 10th anniversary. We wanted to get her rings fixed up for a renewal ceremony.

Lyght jewelers took care of us and treated us like we were old friends, the entire time.

The rings came out sturdier and looking better than when they were new.

Top quality work.
