When I was in a terrible accident being hit by a shuttle bus I was recommended to see the wonderful people at Richard Harris Lawfirm. I'm glad I did. They are so kind, helpful and efficient. I felt like they actually cared that I was injured and how my life has been forever changed.

I started with Charles Jackson as my lawyer and he was great. Very good at his job. He kept me informed on what the next steps were and where we were in the process of the case. He was very efficient in gathering information and evidence to support my claims that were all very true. He also listened when I cried in pain and cried in hurt for my children whose lives were affected by the situation. He stepped in when my medical care wasn't going the way it should and he got things done. More like a big brother than a lawyer.

Once my case went into litigation it was assigned to Johnathan Leavitt. He is a true Godsend. The time, dedication, commitment and patience he put into to this case is nothing short of amazing. Truly grateful for every bit of time, work and energy Johnathan put into all of it. At times it was frustrating and exhausting but he never gave up to ensure I got what was deserved. All I ever wanted was to be heard and understood with the effects of accident on my body and my life. He heard me. He listened and understood my tears. When I was done with the process after almost 6 years and decided to settle so I can move on with my life he made sure to give me all of the possibilities and outcomes of whatever choice I made. Very upfront and honest. Very informative. I can't say thank you enough for everything he has done. My appreciation is boundless. He deserves a raise!!!!

The paralegal assigned to my case was Lucia Sloan. She's incredible and efficient. Always available to answer my questions and allowed me to ask them all. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Lucia is so graciously communicative which is appreciated on so many levels. She always kind and pleasant. She definitely deserves a raise also lol.

All of the Richard Harris Lawfirm front end staff are so kind as well. Always welcoming and I never waited to long in the lobby. Thank you for that!

They started on my case gung ho! They stopped communicating. I kept showing up with detail. They removed theirselves on a contingency leaving me with 4 days to get another lawyer after their appeal they didn't use any of the data and that was the reason we lost. The data they didn't use like the drs info 59 whitenesses?? It was open and shut. Didn't send anything to the whitenesses nor gathered or called the drs supplied. Silly stupid easy!

This is still in play, I'll update if they fix this doubt they will which frankly results in them being liable now for their failure for basic things. Treble damages ! Failure to provide basic care.


Avoid these people like the plague.

Seriously DO NOT go with them on an easy case like mine IF you want to win. My was open and shut


No lawyer will take up another's appeal. And I think they would claim try to take owner ownership on any win another got - they dropped my appeal !


They need to be banned. I only chose them not even on their adds rather I have met Richard Harris years ago. Shame on him and his son letting the form become something else.

This is all my case and my opinion on the horrible handling of my case. I will update if they return my many calls on their mishandling (not even handling my case).

If I could rate them 1000 negative I would.

Please don't do what I did and not look at their crappy yelp rating. They don't get we post. Please don't be like me. They are not the old firm they used to be. Just awful on the most amazingly easy case. OMG !!! Bad horrible uncaring and in my opinion Evil company now. Sorry Mr Harris who I used to personally like.

These folks say that they are here for the people and that they go out of their way to help people and I have begged them twice to help me with two different situations and both times they told me to take a hike so needless to say these guys don't care about the little people and it's disgusting that they pretend they do

Honestly, I think they don't know what they're doing and I feel any lawyer that has to have 10 to 12 commercials to advertise themselves shows that they need to try to push their business. Out there a real lawyer,
Don't need commercials its word of mouth and you know that they're a good attorney They don't need to advertise them selves I've had a lawyer, that wasn't even on TV but he did make the Las Vegas magazine that we have. He was the cover a couple years back he always been a good attorney, but for myself when I called Richard Harris law firm for me and my son getting hit by a vehicle I was told no that they couldn't help me And you know what's so funny is that another attorney actually contacted me when I called to check on my case because I was going to file a report against the police station because the police officer didn't do his job by getting the footage. I had to go get the footage from the location. Myself. A lawyer reached out to me and they sent somebody to my house and had us sign papers and notarize everything and they took the case for me and my son and guess what I truly am injured MRIs don't lie, so Richard Harris is just an ambulance chaser and he thinks that if you're in a car crash where it's something life-threatening, almost going to die he'll take that case but for myself I was a pedestrian in a parking lot that my body got hit by a car somebody backed up and hit me at 20 mph because he was pulling out so fast like a psychopath And thank you Richard Harris for not taking me as a client because honestly I'm happy with the attorney that I have everything is moving so fast but you shot me down and you told me no that it wouldn't go nowhere that I'd have to sue them in civil court you were so wrong ..with your stupid commercials you know Vegas you don't know crap about Vegas all you know is you and your son are trying to make a buck you look like some low budget lawyers

i tripped on sidewalk......lost vegas.....broken shoulder....head injury.....loose metal metal plates on sidewalk,,,,,the plates belong to cable tv company.....i tell my story....they act like ....they gonna help me....they send runner out to look at sidewalk...he (probably attorney @ harris law firm).....he tells me:.everything o.k......no loose plates.....i drive there one month later....plates loose....one plate sticking up one & half inches......dirty bastards.....hope they rot in hell....took pictures....another law firm is helping me...may never get full motion of my arm back...

In my car of about six months old, I was hit by a motorist, who ran a red light speeding by trying to make it through the intersection.
I called Richard Harris Law Firm, and was coupled with an Attorney and Case Manager.
Both of these folks took excellent care of me and my case.
I highly recommend this company!

I would give a zero rating if available. They were very interested at first but then nothing. After a full year, they dismissed my case with no explanation. My small case wasn't worth their effort. The insurance adjuster told me they hadn't even heard from them until almost a year. By then, of course, no one remembers details

I was in a motor cycle accident about 3 years ago in 2020 and I called the the law tigers aka the Richard Harris Law Firm. I was in a motorcycle accident where the driver of the other vehicle was not paying attention and without the warning of a blinker she merged into my lane quickly and I had no time to react as we just inches from each other. I never even had time to register the bike in my name or pay for my insurance. While laying in the hospital I called the Richard Harris law firm and told them all of the details and more. In the begining they were somewhat responsive and they assured me they would be able to help me. After about 5-6 emails and being passed onto 3 different people they just stopped responding to me. I tried emailing everyone who had contacted me - no response. I even tried calling but was always told my lawyer was unavailable...

The accident wasn't my fault, I broke 3 bones in my left foot that needed to be fused together with bolts, I lost my bike which I had just got. And the reassuring words of my first phone call that they would help me soon became empty promises from such a seasoned and experienced law firm...

Fast forward 3 years later through constant reminder on cold days and long walks that my foot will never be the same and it will constantly restrict my ability to do certain tasks and hinder my capabilities at work to the point of loosing a job bc the pains in my foot make it too hard to walk.

Thanks Richard Harris Law Firm for not being there when you said you would.

Retained the law firm of Richard Harris in 2018 for a workers compensation case. We partially settled the case in January 2021 but had some items such as disputed interest and penalties that should have been addressed. Sent many emails & phone calls from 2/21 until 10/21 asking for the motions to be filed or be updated on the status. Received my last email from my case attorney on 10/14/21 stating the the motions would be draft and filed within the next 30 days and I would be forward a copy. As of today 8/15/22, no motion filed or correspondence from the firm or case management. Emails to management also go without reply.

I believed that I was receiving decent representation up until the initial settlement but in retrospect the firm did not handle the case with the urgency and diligence that warranted the fee that they charge. I recommend doing your homework before hiring this firm as they do not follow though with their promises and complete the task they agree too.

I needed a lawyer and I was introduced to the Richard Harris Law Firm and I can honestly say they have been unbelievable great and kind from the beginning when the the nice gentlemen came to my home for me to signed the legal representation documents his professionalism gave me the confidence I was seeking that I made the right decision in selecting Richard Harris Law Firm to handle my personal injury claim. Within moments I was assigned a dedicated case worker, Meah and I am grateful to have her as my case worker she keeps me informed and return messages. In short it will take a poet to describe how great she really is as she demonstrate her amazing leadership.
