Please go visit Ericka. She hooked me and my husband up with a new bed. They were reasonable and fair. Her 26 years of experience really helped us get our sleep together.

Erika helped us and we ended up with the perfect mattress for us. She helped us try out multiple mattresses and didn't try to oversell us. She gave us a lot of information about materials and sleep habits, etc. We're very happy.

We also got same day delivery which was exactly what we needed, and our sleep experience is 1000% better. We love our new mattress, and the folks who delivered it and set it up for us paid so much attention to detail. Very fast and professional.

I needed a mattress ASAP. I walked into this store and there were about four sales people sitting around. The store is extremely small. The main sales guy immediately tried selling me some kind of $5,000 bed without listening to anything I was saying while the other employees just watched. The icing on the cake was when a red-headed saleswoman sitting in the back corner desk stood up and actually started yelling at me from across the store about how I "won't get a mattress any cheaper..." It was very disturbing to say the least.

I went back to another store where I bought a mattress in the past, even though it is a further drive from my house (Mattress Firm Aliante on Decatur) and I now have a really nice Stearns and Foster bed.

If you need a new mattress Erika at Best Mattress is the person to go see. My hips have been killing me for years and she listened to what my problems were and fitted me with a bed that has helped me feel 1000x better. I can't say enough good things about how she helped and got me a great deal! Go see her!

My wife and I went in approximately two weeks ago looking for a new mattress. I have previously slept on a Tempur-pedic with an adjustable base for the last 4+ years. I was looking for something different when I met by Erika with a K.

She was very helpful and not pushy at all. She showed me everything I wanted to see that matched the description of what I was looking for and the last thing I looked at was the beauty rest black K series. Erika explained how to properly use the adjustable base to achieve zero gravity. I understand that specific mattress may not be in everyone's budget however I have not slept like this in my whole life. I am very pleased with the service I have received as well as the product knowledge that Erica and the manager displayed.

When I need another mattress I will certainly head back here. Thank you for all of your help.

We bought a brand new Sealy Mattress at this store, it didn't even last 1 year before it had valleys and peaks so bad that it has been hurting my lower back. We continuously spin it , but it only helps for a couple of days. I contacted the store, they sent out a guy from a company that checked it with no one on it, and said it was within range. We have had mattresses, in the past, that lasted for many years. Because of this, I would never buy from them again because I feel they must buy defective mattresses from suppliers so they can make more profits.

Was shopping for a adjustable base and Sir Alex has provided me the best base that fits my needs. He is very knowledgeable about the products and really friendly but professional! Definitely an asset of their company! See him if you need any mattresses, bases etc!!!

I've had my mattress a few years now and am still so happy I made this purchase!! Erika has continued to help me with other purchases at Best Mattress over that time with all my mattress needs. She is thorough and really takes the time to listen and understand what I need, not just to sell me any mattress but the right one for me. Hands down the only person and place I'd trust!

I had no idea you could try out and buy Purple mattresses in person, but Best Mattress has them! Alan and Kevin were super helpful and found me the best deals.

Extremely difficult to deal with. I needed the mattresses delivered to my second home in Las Vegas, they continued to ask for more and more identification, even though they had already charged my credit card !!!! Apparently they had enough info to charge me, but not enough to deliver the mattresses ! I finally was so frustrated that I cancelled the order, but they can't reverse the charges for 10 days. Unbelievable.
