Breathe Clean Air Duct Cleaning

Hired them to clean ducts. They disconnected main duct during work. Failed to check after with camera, as promised. Had to hire HVAC to reconnect, cost of $85.00.
Breathe Clean asked for HVAC invoice, said they would reimburse. Provided invoice. They have failed to reimburse. Numerous calls yield no response.
Would NEVER use them again!

We had our ducts cleaned and the house pressured tested. Nothing was a secret. It was right there on their computer. I saw for myself that we have been heating and cooling the attic. Previous owners has shoved carbon filters in the vents and ripped the ducting! All because they smoked!!! They checked my vent above the cooktop and found that the vent to the outside had been stuccoed shut to the outside. No wonder the fan was on overload and loud and dinner was smelled all through the house. These guys went above and beyond. I highly recommend them. Our air conditioning has been on continuously and what a difference! Clean air. House not dusty. Not sneezing. So worth it!!!

I call Breath Clean for the cleaning of my air ducts. Do not call this company. There was a malfunction of their equipment had dust everywhere. The tech left every room with dirt I had to re clean the floors and carpets. I have not noticed a differences in the air. I have not received my photos of ducts which I have requested. I really need my money back.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! We had the misfortune of using their services due to their 5 star reviews. When I called them initially, I was given an explanation of what they will do. I was told that for the size of my home, they will charge me $687.14. Which is way more expensive than the other companies I spoke to. I was told by the lady on the phone that they would take 5 hours to work my whole house, but it only took less than an hour. I was promised a video and photos of before and after to ensure satisfaction and no damages to our ducts. The two guys who came seemed to be rushing their work. They also claim that they are the ONLY company in Vegas. When in fact, there are multiple other ones who have more certifications and are more professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, but ONLY charge 1/3 of their price. They are way too OVERPRICED!!! They did not clean all my vents and ducts. THERE WAS NO BEFORE OR AFTER photos or video inspection as promised. The 2 guys who came over were rushing they ended up damaging one of our walls. They claimed that their phones died and therefore they couldn't take pictures or show any videos. The ladder they brought was not high enough to reach our vents so we had to provide our own. Upon checking their work, we found our dryer coil kinked, other vents and ducts uncleaned, as well as a damage on our wall. I called the company to report my concerns, only to be met with a very defensive, rude, and dismissive owner. Jason is nothing like the reviews are saying. He is greedy, hostile, arrogant, and very unprofessional. I wonder if the 5 star reviews are fake. He refused to address my concerns or pay for the damage on our wall. He even said: "I am not going to apologize for this. I have been doing this for 10 years!" Apparently, he has been doing it wrong for this long. Please don't fall for them. I pray that my experience will never happen to you. You DO NOT get what you pay for - it's not worth it. I may never get my refund back, nor the damage to my wall fixed, but I know that God will take care of this very DISHONEST company.

I rarely give negative reviews for businesses given the current circumstances. I know that many businesses are trying their best while struggling with labor/parts shortages. But I felt compelled to give a negative review given my experience with this company. I hired Jason to clean my air ducts and dryer vents. He started the job, but prior to completion asked if he could come back the next day. It has now been two weeks and he has never came back to finish the job. I have been without a dryer that entire time and have had to go to the laundromat. Jason also took my air conditioning vents, promising to bring back new ones/replacements the next day and never has. Because I'm very worried about using my air conditioner without the vents, I have now had to hire another company to finish the job, and have the added expense of buying new vents as well. I spoke to both Jason and Sarah several times, and each time I was given multiple excuses as to why he hasn't showed up and was told repeatedly that he would be back to complete the job. They even scheduled actual appointments for him to return, and he just never showed up. Save yourself my headache and avoid this company. Jason has proven that he is untrustworthy and unreliable, you should definitely take your business elsewhere.

Many companies require that must answer and confirm after you confirm an appointment. I get it but I don't have my phone on my 24/7 and very busy. Many times I don't get respond to texts till way after they are sent. I specifically had this conversation about this and was ensured that was not necessary to confirm. Things happened and service guy could not show up and more important job was scheduled at same time as mine with the new service guy. Text was sent to let me know the problem which as I noted in my comments above and during booking.. as didn't get to respond till later in the day. I text and asked if they were still coming 30 mins after the second time they said they would come. Response, No because no confirmation was provided. They have 40 people waiting. I booked over a month ahead of time. So he cancelled all the booked jobs due to my lack of communication. Despite that I did try to avoid this exact situation. Very disappointed in this company and would not want another person to go thru what I did.
