We have been to this location many times. For all holidays. Service has always been exceptional and food quality and taste has been great.
NOT This Easter We ordered family style as always and the portions were extremely small and service was terrible from beginning to end. So surprised and dissatisfied.
We will try again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 9, 2023Previous reviewEaster Sunday! Service everyone for the second we walked in to our server was phenomenal! Ambiance I felt like I was at home so welcoming! Food was GREAT so much food more than any of us could eat! Everything about Maggiano's was truly exceptional!!

Maggggiaanooosss! Leeeeetle Italy! My family is obsessed with this restaurant. We love it so much and go here for every special occasion. The mama D's rigatoni is so freaking good and even though I never have enough room to finish it, I love to get the Ceasar salad too. So yummy!

Beautiful interior with comfortable booths and tables that can be moved around to accommodate large groups. Great service, thanks Yesenda. Food was delicious! The meatballs were great, with a perfect texture. Will be back!!

Celebrated an annual holiday luncheon at Maggiano's this afternoon and our party had a great experience - we ate a lot of food and felt very well taken care of by our waiter, Jay.
The food we ordered: Cesar salad, maggianos salad, spinach and artichoke Al forno, garlic bread, chicken and spinach manicotti, four cheese ravioli, chicken Marsala, beef medallions, and a sampler of all of their mini desserts.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nov 24, 20232 check-ins
Came here last year for Thanksgiving & were blown away by the amazing experience & the awesome Thanksgiving food! Unfortunately this year fell short.
They offered a Thanksgiving Only Menu, which is family style, so the entire table gets large portions & everyone shares. See my photo for the complete Thanksgiving menu.
We came at dinner & it was super packed. The biggest disappointment is they were out of the Whipped Sweet Potatoes, which was the main reason we decided to come back this year!
Another big let down was the amount of menu items they forgot to serve us. After reminding the staff about the bruchetta appetizers, it arrived at the end of our meal, & the bread was hard & stale. They also forgot the complimentary bread and cranberry sauce thats also on the menu.
Then our main dishes of Turkey & Stuffing, and Ham & Mashed Potatoes were cold & dry.
The only side dish we enjoyed was the Famous Rigatoni "D" which was the best dish of the night. The sauce was super yummy! Unfortunately the Butternut Squash Ravioli was not fully cooked, so the noodle itself was hard. Last year it was made perfect.
On positive notes, the Maggiano & Caesars Salads were delicious.
Finally, we waited extra long for our desserts to finally come out, so we just ended up taking them to-go. You must try the Warm Apple Crostada; its served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It was amazing!
The staff is friendly & courteous, and the space is nicely decorated.
I understand it was super busy, same as last year, but it just seems as if the kitchen & staff wasn't as efficient as before. Unfortunately there were just too many mistakes and things they forgot.
We're undecided if we want to return next Thanksgiving.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2 - 4137118Dec 11, 2023
This is my second time experiencing this beautiful restaurant, the first time was many years ago in a fashion show mall and I love it the food and service are amazing.
This time I visited their downtown Summerlin location and the experience was great the customer service was fabulous, the food was perfect all the family loved it, my husband likes to order cocktails or wine when we ate, but I didn't know which one to order they had a couple of options that I hadn't tried, so we decided to go for red wine we never care about the price but my surprise when I saw the price elsewhere and I saw is super over price , but hey it's ok the place, food, and service were awesome! I didn't take pictures cause it was kinda dark and they didn't look good but I tried!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 1, 2024
Went here with my family a couple of weeks ago for lunch after ice skating.
This is a chain Italian restaurant in downtown Summerlin.
The space is nice and clean and the staff was great. We had a few kids and they were very accommodating and patient.
The food was fairly affordable and everything was fresh.
We shared some appetizers and I got the salmon.
Overall this is a great no frills spot in DTS for a casual date or a family meal.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 10814503766Jan 28, 2024
Tried the chicken piccata and the bruschetta. The chicken piccata was good, had nice flavor. Huge portion could've easily been spilt between two. The bruschetta was delish as well, full of flavor.
Ambiance is white table cloth, dress code is casual (Idon't believe they even have one as the crowd was mixed with very casual attire to special occasion attire).
Our server was decent - she spilled balsamic on the table cloth not once but twice, and while pouring water an ice cube fell into one of our entrees. Not sure what was going on there but it was an interesting experience. Nonetheless the portions were huge and the food was decent. I'd return to try other items.
The birthday treat is a candle in a strawberry and lemon cookies. Nothing fancy or decadent ( we were told it usually says happy birthday- but they ran out).Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
