Theses guys got my broken, half installed home Wi-Fi system up and running better than new.
After a couple power outages in June I had no Wi-Fi. The Access Points (APs) and my ring doorbell had no power. I rebooted the modem and Wi-Fi was back but the other devices still had no power.
I tried to get support from Lennar and ruckus (the manufacturer of the switch). That was an exercise in futility. I learned a lot reading their community support website but no support was provided.
I scheduled an appointment, Cesar showed up on time with a part that he thought would solve my problem. He was right. The new switch worked. I asked him to try some troubleshooting first and he did but there was no saving my old switch.
Here's the thing that made them heroes.
Devon showed up during the process to provide additional support. The guys asked if our Wi-Fi that the APs provide was up. I had no idea. They did some troubleshooting and determined that our APs were not configured. They had never been configured when they were installed. I learned that the APs provide additional range and a much stronger Wi-Fi signal.
So, the switch was replaced for a very reasonable price (no mark up). They reset, configured, and meshed? my APs and left me with a bigger and better Wi-Fi system. All for what I consider a reasonable price.

Caesar was my technician and he provided beyond exceptional service! I had numerous tech issues and Caesar patiently and skillfully provided a solution for them all! I was over joyed because I am now able to use my printer from my iPhone and my laptop! I am also able to scan from my printer to others email via my gmail account. Virus protection was added and I happily purchased the Nerds To Go 5 hour package that I can use for future services

The tech spent almost 1.5 hours at my house and neither of my 2 problems were solved. My smart lock is still not integrated with Amazon's Alexa, nor connected to an app on my iWatch, and my cameras are worse off. The only camera he got back online he could not mount back to the wall, blaming the shortness of the screws. So the camera is hanging down loosely by its electrical wires. $199 down the drain.

My Samsung Tap A was doing funky things. Neither my husband nor myself could get the tray open to get the SIM Card out. So I took it to T-Moble for assistance. The guy took one look at it and gave me a long corporate answer about why he couldn't help me.
So now I go down the street to NerdToGo with the same question, with cash in my hands to get the SIM card out to see if it was damaged. I showed T.J. the Tab A and he without missing a beat told me it was the column control I was trying to open. Oops! T.J. then went on to show me the correct portal, remove the SIM. Ecstatic I asked what did I own him. He told me it was on the house!

Went here because my pc keeps shutting off. They charged me a diagnostic fee makes sense so I paid up from. I get a call 4 hours later saying my pc is running fine no issues at all they stressed tested it and it's working fine. Took it home started up my pc loaded up a game and it immediately shut off.
